Hello! I am Martine Jones (formerly Martine Luntz), the owner of Hazel Tree Counseling, based out of Asheville, North Carolina and offering virtual therapy, consultation and evaluation services across the US and abroad. 

My passion lies in working with women who are working on accomplishing the major life goals of their 20’s, 30’s, 40’s and 50's.This includes navigating the challenges of singlehood and dating, building a career, family building or creating a satisfying life of child-free living, and tackling perimenopause/menopause. I have a particular interest in supporting women through infertility and assisted reproduction, as I have my own infertility history and built my family through the help of assisted reproduction/IVF.

My approach to therapy involves the application of a variety of techniques that I have learned in my training, from my experience of over 10 years of practice, and through the wisdom I have gained in my own path towards wellness and greater fulfillment. I work on helping people to grow their strengths and abilities rather than focusing on what they lack. In my sessions, I incorporate mindfulness-based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy - CBT, and EMDR for trauma. Essentially, I help you access your mind's wisdom and your body's wisdom to find greater peace and contentment, to heal in the present, and to learn how to care for yourself in the future.

I am a lifelong learner and do my best to stay on the cutting edge of research and trainings. I love helping people to get back in touch with their own wisdom and supporting them in finding their best path. I hope to meet you sometime and would be excited to work with you on this journey!
